Frequently asked questions
I cannot hear any sound.
Check your device volume and any connected headphones or speakers. Open Settings using the gear button in the game, and check that BGM and Sound Effects are set to ON.
The game has stopped responding.
Check whether a message or confirmation is waiting for your response. If the problem continues, send a screenshot and describe your last action. Restarting the app may lose progress that you have not saved.
How do I save and load a game?
On the main game screen, open Menu and choose Save. You can keep up to five saves on your device. Saving is available only on the main screen during a human player's turn; it is unavailable during battles, other scenes, and CPU turns.
To load a save, choose Load from Menu or Load Game on the title screen. Progress is not saved automatically, so save manually at important points.
Can I move my saves to another device?
The game does not provide its own cloud sync or share saves with the web version. A device backup may allow recovery, but successful restoration or transfer is not guaranteed. Do not delete the app or saves from your original device while a problem is being investigated.
How do I delete the game data on my device?
For the standalone iPhone or iPad app, open your device's Settings, then General, then iPhone Storage or iPad Storage. Select Sengoku Days and choose Delete App to remove the app and its associated data. Your saved progress will also be deleted. Offload App keeps documents and data. Manage device backups separately.
If you are testing with Expo Go, please contact us before following these steps. Deleting Expo Go itself may also affect other projects.
Can children contact support?
Where possible, please contact us together with a parent or guardian. There is no need to provide a child's real name or school name.
